My research focusses on investigating the effects of metacognition of action on the way we process information, learn, and make decisions. I am primarily interested in two kinds of metacognitive judgments: the feeling of controlling our actions and their outcomes—known as the sense of agency, and the feeling of confidence that we experience when we make decisions with a noisy and limited amount of information at our disposal.
I use a combination of behavioural and physiological measures (i.e., EEG) in my experiments. |
